Italy fights Pollution

Italy battle the pollution with the limitation of traffic in whole country.

These measures have been adopted in Rome, Milan, Turin and Naples.

For example, one day the movement of vehicles which have an odd number at the end of the registration is prohibited from 18:30 to 15:30h. and from 19:30 to 23:30h. And tomorrow, it will be the same for the vehicles which have an even number at the end of the registration.

But the less polluting categories could circulate, like: methane, LPG, hybrid, two-wheel mopeds and four times and motorcycles.

The Environment Minister (Gian Luca Galletti), explained “that measures are for reduce fever, they don’t cure the illness”. He said that “the cure” was found in France.

Between the measures of minister are the energy efficiency, and a public and a private transport which consume less and better.
